Barneveld/Abcoude - 14 January 2025. Jeroen Hellenberg and Ad Everaars have joined forces to form Hellenberg & Everaars Public Speaking as of 1 January 2025. After 25 years, AD EM PRO’s proven coaching method and client services will continue under Hellenberg's leadership in a renewed public speaking practice. Ad Everaars will remain with the company as partner/coach. The new combination offers professional guidance, coaching and specialist training in the ‘public speaking moments' that are critical to success.

Making a public media appearance, giving an important presentation or making a ‘sensitive’ announcement are indispensable that every executive is expected to have these days. At a time when reputation risk is higher than it has ever been. Hellenberg & Everaars Public Speaking helps leaders, figureheads and (communication) professionals who find themselves in the spotlight to get their message across with confidence and the required impact. Enabling them to achieve their desired communication goals even under pressure, in a 'live' situation, by forging a real connection with their audience.

This could be anything from a media appearance to a political debate, the presentation of financial results or a stakeholder meeting. But it could also involve a transformation project, an important (internal) announcement or a crisis situation.

What sets Hellenberg & Everaars Public Speaking apart is the company’s specially developed coaching method, combined with flexible technology. The company provides both novice public speakers and experts with customised advice and coaching, giving them more control over how effective they are. And enabling them to continue to develop their public speaking skills.

 Neuro-linguistic themes form an important part of our approach: how does our brain deal with negatively charged words? And how do you evoke positive or alternative images? In addition, we have 15 specially developed public speaking ‘tools’ that provide a basis for practically any situation. And one of our main priorities is making sure speakers remain authentic.

Hellenberg & Everaars Public Speaking offers support to various target groups for whom it is crucial that they get their message across convincingly. These include leaders, directors, senior management, (local) politicians, trade & communications professionals, and potentials.
